Most “factories” selling construction equipment online are intermediaries. Ours are registered businesses with addresses — the head office in Singapore, the factory in China, warehouses in Australia and France.
The machines are made in our factory in Haimen — the same company that sells them to you. No sourcing agent in the middle, no mystery about who actually built it.
Our head office is in Singapore and the team works in native English. Specification, tolerance and delivery get discussed once, not translated three times, and not lost between a trading agent and a factory you never speak to.
Parts stay available and the machines are designed to be serviced, not thrown away. That is what the higher price buys.
There are machines online at half our price, built to get through one job. Ours are built to be repaired and kept running — parts stay available, and the machine is still earning when a disposable one has already been replaced twice. That is who we make them for.
